Celebrations for the 50th Anniversary Solvents Industry Association Conference got underway with the Annual Golf Day, which took place at Champney’s Mottram Hall.
Sponsored by SIA Members Barrettine, the day consisted of an individual 18-hole Stableford Competition for the coveted Roger Haskey Memorial Trophy, along with team and spot prizes.
Stephen Kirton of Brenntag took home the individual prize, with the quartet of Steve Bailey (Barrettine), Chris Connolly (Helm), Mark Cottrell (Tennants) and Chris Tanner (Exolum) taking the team prize.

SIA Chief Executive, Andrew Norman said, ‘The weather was a bit touch and go on the day, but it managed to hold off long enough for everyone to get around without getting too wet. We had a great turnout this year and a big thank you to Martin Neal for the excellent organisation as usual, to Barrettine for their sponsorship and to all those who took part.
